Northwest Abatement Services consistently strives to exceed customer expectations from the initial phone call to the final quality control check. Our mission has always been to lead the industry as a specialty contractor providing asbestos removal, lead abatement, mold remediation and other services.

Our company traces its roots back to 1994, when two young men formed an abatement company in Lakewood, Wash., with the hopes to one day serve the entire Pacific Northwest.

We have grown to become the Northwest’s foremost specialty contractor—serving residents with abatement, indoor air quality, fire and water mitigation, restoration, construction, and container services in Tacoma, Seattle, Olympia, Puyallup, and more. Since our incorporation, we have helped create safer, healthier environments for residential, commercial, and industrial building owners throughout our region.

We qualify as a small business because we intentionally choose to remain one—but one should not underestimate the size of our company. We’ve helped build and rebuild structures throughout Washington and Oregon, from the islands of the Puget Sound to the highlands east of the Cascades. Our client list includes Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Naval Base Kitsap-Bangor, Clover Park School District, CertainTeed, and Boeing, and many others.

Our divisions can be contracted separately per your needs or as part of a turnkey operation. As a diversified contracting company, we can complete a significant amount of work in-house. We truly believe that offering in-house services helps us be more self-sustaining, which in turn benefits you, our customer. Northwest Abatement has a reputation for performing work safely, within budget, on time, and at a competitive price.
